We at Pay It Forward Scholarship are always looking for ways to impact our community. Our primary purpose is to award scholarships to graduating seniors at the Carthage Central High School. The Scholarship fund was created in 2011 to ensure that the lack of financial resources does not hold brilliant minds back from pursuing an undergraduate degree.

on June 6, 2012 at 6:30pm. We were happy to disburse five scholarships for $2800 to well deserving students.

Alexandra Marilley, 2012 Winner of The North Country's Got Talent competition!
1st Place and Audience favorite went to Alexandra Marilley, a student from Watertown High school.
2nd Place went to Hannah Stevens, a student from Carthage Middle School.
Special Mentions went to Lexi Hill and Nicco Springer

$1000 Grand Prize for the "North Country's Got Talent" competition
Registration is underway for the the "North Country's got talent" competition.
The purpose of this event is to raise funds for the Pay It Forward Scholarship. This event is designed for talented youth and adults currently living in the North Country.
All contestants must complete an entry form and consent release form. If contestant is 18 years of age or younger, parental consent is required.
Deadline to register is May 3rd. There are two ways to Register and pay fees.
1.Online using the link on the side of the page.
2. In person on May 3rd before the audition.
Prizes will be presented upon the completion of the Competition on Saturday, May 12, 2011.

Three Judges Revealed for the North Country's Got Talent:
Johnny Pezzano from the Border 106.7
"If you live in The Thousand Islands region you probably know Johnny Spezzano.
He has been on North Country radio since he was a teenager. He's known to have a riot while on the air and appreciates talking to people as they climb out of bed every weekday morning"!
Taylour Lynn Scanlin is currently the Ft. Drum Liaison. She is the voice behind the FX Caprara Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep TV and radio advertisement. She received the Top 20 Under 40 in NNY Business Magazine in 2011. She occasionally sings in a band and she has over 16 years of experience in tap, jazz, ballet and hip-hop.Tiffancy Garcia grew up in Pensacola, Florida where she studied classical ballet, point, contemporary and modern. She joined Northwest Florida Ballet's company as an apprentice at age 14 and became a company corps dancer at age 16. Tiffany worked as a pre-ballet instructor for 5 years. Northwest Florida State College awarded her a 2 year dance scholarship. For the last 4 years she and her Family have been stationed at Fort Drum
